At Primrose Jewellery, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
